MIAMI GARDENS, Fla. – The Miami Dolphins have now added a second defensive back from a division rival in the last two days.
According to ESPN’s Louis Jacques, the Dolphins have agreed to terms with former Buffalo Bills defensive back Siran Neal.

Neal, 29, was selected by the Bills in the fifth round of the 2018 NFL draft after playing college ball at Jacksonville State University.
According to NFL.com, Neal has played 97 games for Buffalo, recording 115 tackles (four for a loss), five passes defensed, three quarterback hits, three forced fumbles and two fumbles recovered.
Neal has been known throughout the NFL as a special teams ace during his five seasons in Buffalo.
While Neal has only started one NFL game in his career, he has contributed over 200 snaps as a gunner and on coverage units.
The Dolphins also made headlines on Monday by signing former Bills safety Jordan Poyer to a 1 year/ $2 million contract.
Last season, he had 67 tackles, 1 forced fumble and four passes deflected. Poyer has also played in 14 postseason games with the Bills.
